T-Impact is an IBM Business Partner and a reseller of IBM BPM 7.5 (formerly Lombardi Teamworks) and Websphere Core BPM products.

IBM BPM have the best tools on the marketing for capturing and automating business processes but requires a deep level of expertise to make the best use of them. T-Impact has developed an Agile Lean-Sigma approach, incorporating Lombardi Websphere tools. We are able to guide our clients through the process discovery and diagnosis stages, identifing faults in their current process and defining solutions to optimise and automate replacement processes.

 

We use the IBM Blueworks live tool (formally Lombardi Blueprint) for process capture and optimisation. We then import the optimised process into IBM BPM 7.5 (formally Lombardi edition Teamworks) to automate the solution.
