Business Benefits
- Alpha's post-billed product comprised of new processes, systems integrated with a recently established NOC and switching platform.
- Streamlined launch processes and capability delivered within 8 weeks, securing alliance relationship and generating revenue to target.
- The programme supported £3m revenues in the first year, representing a significant return on investment in the 1st year of operation.
