  • Enhanced system capability, automating the key requirements of the remaining business processes over next 6 months- including implementation of KSCL Jupiter billing application.

Business Benefits

  • Alpha's post-billed product comprised of new processes, systems integrated with a recently established NOC and switching platform.
  • Streamlined launch processes and capability delivered within 8 weeks, securing alliance relationship and generating revenue to target.
  • The programme supported £3m revenues in the first year, representing a significant return on investment in the 1st year of operation.
  • Enhanced the order and customer management processes and systems to support both pre-paid and post-paid products, this was used for several years until Alpha was acquired by Tele2.
