How does it work?
Rather than dictate a set process, we automate your own on-boarding process and integrate it in to our toolkit of services. Our Agile Lean Sigma experts can provide advice on process improvement or re-engineering if required.
We then use a leading business process automation tools (IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition) which manages the complexity of integrating into almost any system to ensure process automation works. Unlike vendor specific on-boarding applications, rather than force you to follow our process, we automate your process, however we do have a default process template if you require a best practice view to work from.
