Agile process improvement

Our approach at T-Impact is not to rebuild an entire company and its business processes from the ground up, or to execute a traditional Six Sigma cultural change programme. We developed Agile Lean-Sigma to rapidly capture a business process and optimize it end to end, quickly identifying savings opportunities. We can complete level 3 process analysis and process improvement in 2 - 3 weeks. Our work is in the BPMN industry standard which can be used in Business Process Management Suites to automate processes.

Where appropriate we can also prepare the business case for automating the process using BPM tools such as IBM Lombardi Websphere Edition.
