UI Path Senior Developer/Architect

We have secured several new client engagements and are investing to grow our teams. We are looking for a talented Robotic Lead Consultant with in-depth experience of the developing robotic solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales and project managers to specify software solutions that meet agreed business needs. Scope and estimate effort for the proposed software solution
  • Prepare documentation to allow clients to install / setup appropriate hardware and provide technical support
  • Work closely with T-Impact business analysts and customer staff to ensure a full understand the business process to be automated, as documented in the Process Design document (PDD) and requirements backlog.
  • Identify opportunities to package reusable feature / functions to improve development speed, reduce effort and improve quality
  • Define solution design, Development Specification Document (DSD) that will meet agreed objectives & be easy to maintain
  • Ensure software solutions (generally comprised of UIPath RPA, AI and/or Workflow technologies):
    • are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule
    • meet agreed objectives
    • are easy to maintain
  • You will ensure software solutions quality through:
    • Technical oversight & quality assurance of offshore development team
    • Developing software solutions delivered on shore
    • Oversite and contribution to post-delivery support
  • Contribute and govern T-Impact’s project delivery approach:
    • Ensure technologies, tools and techniques used by the team are meet stated objectives and are implemented correctly
    • Ensure development standards, development templates, policies and procedures are maintained & adhered to
  • Support skills transfer for customer staff through: training, peer development, quality assurance and coaching
  • Support growth of T-Impact’s Robotics practice, working closely with Delivery Management to identify, hire and develop additional team members
  • Maintain professional certifications and knowledge of your area of domain
  • Act as a lead consultant, advising and supporting both customers and the T-Impact management team
  • Ensure professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues, e.g.
    • Demonstrate flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the customer while ensuring all changes are tracked, controlled and approved
    • Actively contribute to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, team and systems

Essential Skills

4+ years leading Software solutions design, development & deployment – with overall responsibility for technical quality and project success

6+ years of professional programming experience, at least 2 years in .net environment. Able to write complex code & possessing a thorough understanding of databases, application services, integration and application lifecycle development

Able to demonstrate knowledge of techniques used to ensure good quality software is developed by the team. Understands the techniques used to reduce support costs & improve maintainability of code.

Able to conceptualize, design and build software to solve complex problems

Significant experience implementing methods and tools for application lifecycle development.

Experience working and ensuring quality of combined onshore and offshore staff

Experience hiring, managing and disciplining developers

Strong communication skills. Able to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas

Ability to demonstrate experience deploying software solutions in complex operational environments

Experience in Business Analysis & process analysis/improvement highly desirable
