Scott has worked in local government in a change management capacity for the last 13 years, previously in the private sector as a consultant mainly involving central government and financial sector organisations.

Currently managing a portfolio of projects within LCC’s Digital Transformation team including RPA projects and leading corporately on initiatives for LCC to become a data informed organisation.

Keith has over 35 years experience implementing complex change programmes across both commercial and public sector organisations, with particular expertise in streamline operations, removing waste and defects, then automating to lock in efficiencies using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
