Configuration Pack

Process Rent Increases

Our solution manages landlord and housing association requests for rent adjustments, freeing your staff to work on higher value activities. It ensures all checks and rules are applied consistently and evidence is available to address any disputes updating your IT Systems and advising property owners and tenants of decisions.

  • Extracts excel/csv based rental request forms from emails.
  • Responds to sender if Excel is password protected and password was not provided.
  • Extracts data from excel spreadsheet.
  • Validates extracted data against predefined business rules for percentage rental increase & maintenance fees.
  • Applies updates to Housing system.
  • Notifies sender of results.

Already implemented for councils in London and the North-East, this solution has saved hundreds of hours of resource. Our solution is currently working with Orchard & Academy and Civica housing systems. 

Index Archive Housing Data

Housing archives contain valuable information that can enable councils to generate new revenue from tenant recharges, succession rent reviews & increased central & county funding.  This data can also help avoid preparation, losses and compensation claim expenses for court cases and tribunals. Archive housing data can also create GDPR retention and SAR breaches.  Staff have all information, easily accessible when dealing with residents providing a better quality service.

This solution is expected to generate/save £300,000 over the next 5 years for an East England council, currently working with Information @ Work.

Social Housing

Housing move forms can cause billing delays, impacting revenue & cashflow.  Our solution can clear your backlog of move requests, dealing with all but the most complex scenarios.

  • Checks new applications for duplicates and notifies Housing Officer of potential duplicate to investigate.
  • Checks for complex exception conditions and raises to human resource.
  • Manages HMO properties, producing bills and correspondence for individuals.
  • Produces new bills, sending to residents and landlords and update in IT System.

Originally designed for a North West City Council, this solution is expected to eliminate work backlogs & billing lead time from 10 days to just 1 and currently working with Academy Housing System.
